Information on the Author: This was Lauren Oliver's very first book published. She said that most of this book was written at her apartment in Brooklyn, simply on her BlackBerry. When she writes, she prefers absolute silence rather than white noise. Oliver came from a family of writers and naturally followed their footsteps.
